Unfortunately a terrible, amateur experience. Brought my car in 3 months ago (really) to fix the screen. charged me 35.000 pesos, then nothing. Didn’t ever hear back. I called after 6 weeks and the said they don’t know why the part isn’t here. Amateur answer! After 10 weeks, I ended up filling a complaint with BMW in CDMX and guess what? They have the part in stock! Long story short, they lied about ordering the part, lied about availability and now they say they don’t know how in install and they will refund my money. I doubt that will be a simple process for me. I guess we are just providing cash flow to this dealership. They are an embarrassment. Ten years owning BMW and never been treated like this. I filed a formal complaint with corporate.
Clerks for service and attention to customer are very kind and caring. However the timing and installations are really way below as expected for a BMW brand, yet prices are really expensive for the service. For a very simple service on an oxygen sensor it took almost two weeks to be completed and have the vehicle back. There is a big chance for improvement at this shop.
Had a great experience with the Service Department, Very attentive and Professional. Was very satisfied. From the initial call to bring vehicle for service to the moment it was picked up. Thanks! Carmen Motors.
